Shoei-Bay Studio

A huge production base that is the mothership of Shoei

Built in 2019, Shoei Bay-Studio is the heart of our production, housing all departments under one roof.
Covering 33000sqm, it is the industry's largest comprehensive display production base.

    We have the largest manufacturing space in the industry, so we can work on large-scale stands. Furthermore, thanks to our highly skilled artisans and the utilization of advanced woodworking machinery, we are able to exceed each customer's expectations with outstanding results.

    We are ahead of our competition in obtaining certifications such as "ISO9001" and "ISO20121". After acquiring the FSC/CoC certification in 2023, we built an effective management system to implement the use of FSC certified wood material in accordance with international standards.

Togane Studio

Our second warehouse, which has 2000 square meters, is only an hour away from the major Tokyo show venues (Tokyo Big Sight and Makuhari Messe).
The facility is partially powered by solar panels.

Sakura Studio

The facility is now being rebuilt and is 6900 square meters.
Currently used solely for material storage, we intend to expand here with additional carpentry and a sign center division.

Osaka Studio＆Office

The property is located just 5 minutes from intex Osaka, Kansai's largest exhibition facility, and has 1,400 square meters.
The facility is mostly used for storing system unit components, doing maintenance and repair, but it also has a manufacturing plant to make wood display items.
