Policies Statement Including FSC Core Labor Requirement

Shoei Bijutsu Corporation declares that it respects the "core labour standards" based on the international labour standards established by the ILO (International Labour Organization) and that it is committed to complying with this policy statement at all establishments.

Child labour is prohibited.
Children under the minimum age for employment as prescribed by national and local legislation are not allowed to work.
Prohibition of forced labour.
labour shall not be forced into any form of employment.
Elimination of discrimination in occupation and employment.
Respect basic human rights and do not ignore them, including discrimination based on nationality, ethnicity, origin, religion, disease, social identity, or disability, sexual harassment, power harassment, and so on.
Respect for freedom of association and the right to collective bargaining.
We support the universal principles advocated by the United Nations (Freedom of Association and Recognition of the Right to Collective Bargaining).
